Jennifer Loftfield
My name is Jennifer Loftfield and I blog over at Caffeinated Papercuts. Yes, I do drink a lot of coffee while cutting paper...get it? I'm also a mom to the best little boy ever, married to my best friend, and vastly outnumbered in the house! Yup, even counting the animals there's just two of us girls and 6 boys...that probably explains my love of crafting, if only so I have a reason to occasionally use pink. I started blogging to share my love of paper crafts with others and share some fun tutorials in the process.
I started paper crafting back in 2008 when I was browsing for wedding invitations. After finding absolutely nothing that suited my style, I tossed the magazines to one side and designed my own! They were a hit, and are still available in my shop today along with several other designs. From there I branched into greeting cards, party invitations, coasters, ornaments...anything that you can make with paper! I love playing with new products and learning new techniques. You know it's a successful day when I've got inky fingers!
I'm not sure that I follow a certain predefined style in my crafts. I'm always mixing up colors, papers, stamps and die cuts to see what I can create. Everything from clean and simple (CAS) to shabby chic to rustic have come out of my craft room. You'll just have to stick around to see what I come up with next! Happy crafting!
