Cecelia Louie from Paper Zen
Paper Zen is the calming serenity Cecelia feels when surrounded by a pile of paper scraps. Her love of paper first started in grade 2, when she folded her first origami balloon. She gives quilling a modern twist and designs minimalistic paper projects.
She is the author of Pretty Quilled Cards, 2014, and has contributed to All Things Paper, 2015 and The New Encyclopedia of Origami and Papercraft Techniques, 2011. You can see her in action, teaching her Craftsy class, Quilled and Sculpted Cards.
