- Paper towel rolls or toilet paper rolls
- Washi tape of assorted colors and patterns
- Scissors
- Paper straws
- Hot glue
- Clock face
Instructions:

Cut rolls into fourths.

Use paper straw as base to help roll up cut paper roll into smaller roll.

Cover with washi tape.

Hot glue the pieces, intermixed with the straws, around the back of the clock, creating a star-burst effect.
