"Here's an inexpensive Valentine's Day decoration that's beautiful while also being easy to make. Just print the free template onto cardstock or even plain bond, cut around the shape and glue. Then just set it on a wineglass with a battery-powered votive (candle not recommended because of the fire risk) and you have instant Valentine ambiance. You can also go a little further and decorate the lampshade using ModPodge, glitter, gold ribbon, rhinestones or anything else that strikes your fancy."
