From the blogger: "These paper gingerbread men are such happy little guys because they escaped the baking pan and have joined hands to become the cutest holiday decoration for the window, shelf, table, etc... All you need to make these is brown paper, scraps of red and black paper, a white pencil, and scissors. A free template and an illustrated tutorial are provided on the website so you can start making them right away. The recommended amount of paper will enable you to make two sets of four gingerbread men."

I just remembered that I have a large piece of heavy duty wrapping paper that's plain tan color! With that, I can make a larger garland than four gingerbread men if I am careful to fold it just right. I am thinking of penciling in the eyes and mouth and letting the grandkids color them.

I really love this project it has a very vintage Christmas vibe that reminds me of snowy day at my grandparents' house.

This garland made of gingerbread men is so sweet! Kids would love making this project and hanging it on the mantle to enjoy throughout the holiday season.
