What a simple concept for a card but how beautiful!!! I love balloons and they work with soooooo many occasions! I love how the colors pop on this card against the black card base. It's cute using the ribbon for the balloon strings and the balloons can be cut out with a stencil. The glitter adds a wonderful finishing touch to the whole card! Thanks for sharing!!!
