A Toast to the Host Wine Tag

Materials:

Purple Cardstock
Kraft Cardstock
Green Cardstock
Patterned Paper
Circle Everywhere Punch
Corner Rounder
Threading Water Border Punch
Fuse Creativity System®
Upper Crest Border Punch
Wine Glass Stamp
Foam Adhesive

Instructions:

Trim purple cardstock to a 3" x 9" piece. Score and fold on the 3" mark from one edge.
With the circle everywhere punch, punch a 2" hole centered within the 3" cardstock space.
Corner-round the two corners next to the 2" circular window.
Scallop one of the short edges using the threading water border punch.
Using the Fuse Creativity System® create the purple embellishment and adhere the piece in front of the wine tag as shown.
Print a sentiment to fit on a 5.25" long strip of kraft cardstock and affix vertically to the right side of the tag.
Attach a green strip (punched with the Upper crest border punch) next to the sentiment.
Stamp a wine glass image on a 1.5" kraft circle. Back with patterned paper scallop circle (Seal of Approval punch).
Adhere this to the upper left of the sentiment using a foam adhesive.
