This Valentines Day Cupcake Liner Garland is sooooo stinkin' cute! I love the way it looks like the piece behind the free printable sayings are rosettes which are much more time consuming to make! The free printable sayings are a bonus as well. And to think this all started from a baby shower too! I'm thankful these items are easy to find. Thanks for sharing!
