Ahh... d'oh! I couldn't figure out what in the world one would use to make teabags! Coffee filters, of course. Now the creative juice is flowing. I am definitely going to make these, both for myself and for gifts. It's so simple! I grow mint and other things for tea, so this is the perfect totally homemade gift.
