She talks so fast and goes so fast that you can't get anything out of it. Total waste of my time.

Hi Turptoo! It looks like the video is sped up to demonstrate the techniques in a concise amount of time. Have you considered replaying parts of the video as you go? I've found that I often need to watch a video several times when I'm learning a new technique or creating a project. I hope this is helpful, and happy scrapbooking!
