Decoupage is an interesting word that I hear kicked around in the craft industry! I've never really worked with Modge Podge before so this article has some very useful and helpful information in it! If I do something I like to do it well and crafting is no exception. I did notice that some things when decoupaged become somewhat translucent so I guess it would be a good idea to paint underneath it. I think this medium would be great for my mixed media projects! Thanks!
