These papier mache pencil toppers are so cool. They will make some real nice party favors or gift prizes. Also nice gift to make for a teacher. This is such a neat project and I love that it is kid friendly so they can make this project. I bet it would be a blast to do in a summer camp or a group project. Is it better to use newspaper or a paper product?
