These windy weather paper pinwheels are a must project. I always wondered how to make them. The tutorial makes this such an easy project to do and looks like fun. I love pinwheels blowing in the wind and loved to blow on them to make them spin when I was little. All kids should experience playing with these in their childhood. Is there anything you can use that is waterproof so they can be kept outside and not break?
