Have you ever seen a flower and just had to have it because it looked so pretty whether fake or real and then wondered what to do with it. Hereis a pretty Exotic flower that is made from paper quilling and would be great to decorate a card or in a scrapbook. Think you cannot make it then check out this tutorial and you will be glad you did.
