The gift box collapses and expands, and is held together with ribbon or string. The origami box requires 1 sheet of square paper. Scrapbook paper was used in this tutorial, but you can use regular copy paper or origami paper. Using a bone folder helps fold the creases for the origami box. Bone folders are especially helpful when working with larger sheets of paper, or paper that may be thicker than traditional origami paper."
