I think this is a great idea for topping gifts and other uses as well. We are getting closer to the holidays and it is the perfect time to start preparing for wrapping gifts and thinking about working toward having a more organized holiday season. These paper pom poms would be great for gifts, but could also be used for a garlands, even a paper wreath for inside doors. Good one to try very soon!!!
