    "Do you sometimes have trouble eating without thinking? Me too. So I came up with a printable food and fitness journal page that I'm using to keep track of what I'm putting into my body. It has places to write in what I'm eating, what exercise I'm doing, my goals, and some notes. You can print one off for each day or you can print one, laminate it and use a dry erase marker to fill it out. At the end of each day you can wipe it clean and start over."
