I use to love seeing the fire flies at night. But they don't have them here in Florida. I don't know why. Bad enough not Fall colors but now no fire flies too. I am going to make this for my grand kids who have never seen a firefly. But you know I won't stop there. Battery operated blinking lights will get put inside the jars. Maybe under some straw so just the on off light is seen.

This is so cute! I love fireflies so much, but I feel bad putting them in jars, so I leave the lid off so they can escape... oops

this printable is adorable! catching fireflies was one of my favorite childhood past times during the summer, and this project reminds me of those good ol' days. can't wait until the weather gets warmer and the fireflies come out )
