What a great idea to use scrapbook paper! I have a lot of patterned paper that will make a colorful banner. I'm already thinking ahead to make another banner for fall. I have tons of fall patterned paper. I will make the banner say THANKFUL. So glad I found this idea with enough time to make this for the holidays.
