Instructions:
1. From the scrapbook papers, choose the dark pink paper with the plum-colored polka dots and cut a piece sized 9.4" x 5.6" from this paper.
2. Score it lengthwise to create a card sized 4.6" x 5.6".
3. Cut a piece sized 5.1" x 4.3" from the paper bag and with the fold at the left, center and glue it to the front of the card.
4. Lightly draw a circle with a diameter of 3.7" on the paper cut from the paper bag. Note: The circle must be closer to the top of the card, so that you will have enough space at the bottom of the card for the belt ribbons.
5. Take the Jablo’s stamp and cut away one flower from the stamp, so that you will be left with only two flowers. Use one paint brush to apply an even layer of the sweet memories paint onto the first flower. Use the other brush to apply an even layer of the plum paint onto the second flower. Transfer the image onto the circle that has been drawn on the card.
6. Continue adding stamped flowers until the circle has been completely covered with flowers, alternating between sweet memories and plum flowers.
7. Allow to dry thoroughly and lightly erase any pencil marks left on the card.
8. Tie the elastic cord around the top of the heart and make a bow. Glue it in place below the stamped flowers, so that it will look as if the heart is hanging from the wreath. Neatly cut the cord ends.
9. Glue the second heart in place inside the first heart.
10. Glue the pink and white striped belt ribbon in place just above the bottom edge of the card. Finally, glue the second belt ribbon in place, slightly overlapping the first belt ribbon, and cut off any protruding edges.
11. Score the light pink sugar paper in half and glue to the inside of the card, where a message could be written
