Ruffled Coffee Filter Flowers
You can be very creative in making these Ruffled Coffee Filter Flowers! The more you play around with the cuts on the ends and the thickness of the filters, each and every one of your flowers will be different and unique. The more filters you use the more petals they will have. And I used straws for my stems to make them more sturdy and wrapped them in green floral tape. I also made leaves out of filters I colored green and glued to stems. Be creative and make your own unique flowers!

-
Dye or color your filters and let dry.

Start pulling layers apart gently. You should be seeing a flower form!
-
Glue filters to the stem as you pull them apart, designing your stems and petals.

When you get to the top, fold the filter over enough to cover the tip of the straw. Leave enough at the other end to make the body.

Wrap and glue the floral tape around the straw until you have none of the straw showing.
