Simple Embossed Christmas Card
"I will be sharing how to use foil to enhance a Christmas Card. It is quick and effective to add beautiful foil details to any design. If you find you are in need of a last minute hand-made card, follow me as I guide you through the steps of embellishing with transfer foil. Simply add small dots of glue to a Christmas design and wait for the glue to become tacky. Then carefully place the foil over the image and press lightly with your fingers. Finally, slowly peel up the foil to reveal the shiny metallic finish. Simply stunning results!"

Materials List
-
embossing folder, die cutting machine, paper trimmer
- white card stock, green glitter paper, pattern paper
- Best Glue Ever & Red Transfer Foil (ScraPerfect)
- Green Diamond Dew Drops (The Robin's Nest)
NotesTIPS: The foil is colored on one side and grey on the backside. Always, place the foil grey side down onto the adhesive with the colored side facing up. Remember this glue dries very tacky so be sure to apply it neatly because any stray glue that you don't apply foil to will pick up dust and will spoil your finished project. If you find any remaining tacky areas, simply place the foil over the spot again and press down with gentle rubbing pressure across the design.
